Synopsis
TNL Mediagene, an Asian digital-media company, went public via a SPAC merger with Blue Ocean Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company, in a $275m deal. "We are excited to become one of Asia's first digital-media groups to list on the US market. This is an important day in our ambitions to become the go-to digital-media and technology company for consumers, advertisers and data partners in Asia's fast-growing markets," Joey Chung, TNL Mediagene CEO and Co-Founder.
