Magnum Industrial-backed Agronova completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Mundo Ecológico.

Magnum Industrial-backed Agronova, a developer of a unique and patented technology for converting organic waste into high-nutrient fertiliser, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Mundo Ecológico, a manufacturer of biostimulants intended for organic farming. Financial terms were not disclosed.
