Acrisure completed the acquisition of TEn Insurance Services.

Acrisure, an offeror of financial services solutions for insurance, reinsurance, real estate, cyber services, and asset and wealth management, completed the acquisition of TEn Insurance Services, a provider of general insurance brokerage services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TEn has provided valuable services for nearly 20 years and has an extremely loyal membership of high-quality Appointed Representatives.
