Skymetrix completed the acquisition of Rainmaker Business Technologies.

Skymetrix, a provider of aviation fuel and cost management solutions, completed the acquisition of Rainmaker Business Technologies, a specialist in aviation crew cost software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The airline business is undergoing an exciting transition.
