Bertram Capital-backed AFC Industries completed the acquisition of White Distribution & Supply from Slate Capital Group.

Bertram Capital-backed AFC Industries, a company providing supply chain management solutions on small components and tooling for a diverse base of manufacturers and assemblers across a broad range of industries, completed the acquisition of White Distribution & Supply, a provider of a broad range of products, inventory management, and LEAN solutions from Slate Capital Group, a private equity investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
