Blackrock, an American multinational investment company, completed the acquisition of a logistics property in Skillingaryd from Hökerum Fastigheter, a property management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is another acquisition in line with our strategy in the Nordics. The geographical location with favorable connections combined with the logistics center's modern and automated warehouse management will be attractive to our tenant.
