CK Technology Solutions completed the acquisition of Ludwig Goertz.

CK Technology Solutions, a company that develops software solutions that automate document processing and improve the efficiency of document-based business processes, completed the acquisition of Ludwig Goertz, a footwear retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As a traditional company, Goertz is an integral part of the market.
