MM Capital Partners to acquire a 44% stake in Queen Alexandra Hospital from InfraRed Capital.

MM Capital Partners, an infrastructure fund, agreed to acquire a 44% stake in Queen Alexandra Hospital, an acute NHS public hospital with over 7,200 staff and 1,200 beds, from InfraRed Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
