North Highland completed the acquisition of UMT360 from TELEO.

North Highland, the change and transformation consultancy company, completed the acquisition of UMT360, a company specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) software, services and solutions, from TELEO, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “North Highland and UMT360 share a common goal of helping clients navigate complex transformation.
