Dick Clark Productions and Eldridge completed the acquisition of Golden Globe from HFPA.

Dick Clark Productions, an American multinational television production company, and Eldridge, a private holding company that invests in various industries, completed the acquisition of Golden Globe Awards, an annual award ceremony held to honor artists and professionals and their work, from Hollywood Foreign Press Association, a nonprofit organization of journalists and photographers who report on the American entertainment industry for predominantly foreign media markets. “My partners at DCP and I are grateful to Helen and team for their commitment to the successful implementation of a robust approach to governance, the expansion of the diverse and international voting body, implementing a professional, safe and accountable environment, and trusting new ownership with a new direction for the Globes.” Todd Boehly, Eldridge Chairman.
