IK Partners-backed Responda Group, a provider of answering and customer services, agreed to acquire H1 Communication, a Nordic business process outsourcing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “H1 has long been a respected outsourced customer service provider, and we are very pleased to welcome them to Responda Group.
