Open Dutch Fiber to acquire TOF Group.

Open Dutch Fiber, a telecommunication services provider, agreed to acquire TOF Group, a fiber optics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to be part of the Open Dutch Fiber family. By joining forces, we will further expand our specialty in realizing fiber optic connections and the fast-growing ODF customer base. We would like to contribute to ODF's mission to provide every household with access to independent, high-quality fiber optic networks.
