Kelso & Co-backed BradyIFS completed the acquisition of GORM.

Kelso & Co-backed BradyIFS, one of the largest food service and JanSan platforms in North America, completed the acquisition of GORM, a distributor of janitorial and sanitary products to end users in the industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GORM fits well with our company and footprint.
