Axcel completed the acquisition of Progrits.

Axcel, a Nordic private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Progrits, a Swedish-based vertical software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to partner with Axcel, which has a proven track record of accelerating growth in companies like ours and deep expertise within the tech sector. We’ll continue to expand the company, both in Sweden and internationally, and build a strong group together,” Björn Ekström, Progrits CEO.
