Management of Uniplast Knauer, a dairy industry's manufacturer of plastic packaging, completed the acquisition of the company from Blue Cap, a venture capitalist that invests in medium-sized niche companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to announce our exit from Uniplast.
