ABP to acquire meat processing and packing facility from Scotbeef.

ABP, a group of privately owned agribusiness companies, agreed to acquire meat processing and packing facility from Scotbeef, a producer of primary and added value red meat products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to working with the team in Scotbeef to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for farmer suppliers, colleagues and customers at the Queenslie and Bridge of Allan plants.
