Coca-Cola HBC, a manufacturer, and seller of Coca-Cola products, completed the acquisition of Brown-Forman Finland, a subsidiary that owns the Finlandia vodka brand from Brown-Forman, a multinational American corporation that specializes in the production and distribution of alcoholic beverages, for $220m.
