Varde Partners, a global alternative investment firm, completed the $150m investment in Infra.Market, a building materials & construction materials supplier. "From the $150m fundraise, we will be deploying around $90m for acquiring Strata Geosystems which is a company in the geotechnical space. This company works with construction companies and helps them reduce the carbon foortprint and cost of their projects. The rest of the amount from the fundraise will be used for growth primarily. We felt that in the current market environment issuing convertible instruments would get us the best valuation metrics in the future," Souvik Sengupta, Infra.Market Founder.
