Andera Partners and Siparex to acquire a majority stake in Passman from LBO France.

Andera Partners, an asset management firm, and Siparex, an independent private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Passman, a provider of network management and digital solutions, from LBO France, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The group is experiencing strong growth momentum, particularly with the potential of PassEnergy. The arrival of Siparex, with whom we have long-term relationships, should allow us to accelerate on this trajectory," Frédéric Levy and Patrick Layani, Passman Directors.
