Brand Velocity Group completed the investment in Jaya Apparel Group.

Brand Velocity Group, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Jaya Apparel Group, a manufacturer of women clothes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a monumental moment for our company. I am so proud of what we have built at Jaya. Just this year alone, we celebrated major milestones with our first-ever store in Soho, expansion into the beachwear category, and as of today, our partnership with BVG.
