SEB Kort Bank, a corporate payment solutions provider, agreed to acquire AirPlus, a provider within corporate payment services, from Lufthansa, a company that provides passenger and cargo air transportation services worldwide, for €450m. “We are pleased to have found a strong new owner for AirPlus from the financial industry.
