Invascent, a provider of private equity growth capital to companies in the Indian pharma, healthcare, animal health, and medtech industries, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Pregna International, a contraceptive device manufacturer that specializes in IUDs, hormonal IUDs, and tubal rings, for $16m.
