Open Co to merge with BizCapital.

Open Co, a fintech company in unsecured loans for natural persons, agreed to merge with BizCapital, a fintech that offers loans to small and medium-sized companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As we have never been direct competitors, this relationship had been going on for some time now.
