Stock Spirits Group to acquire Chivas Brothers Clan Campbell Blended Scotch Whisky brand from Pernod Ricard.

Stock Spirits Group, a company producing spirits and liqueurs, agreed to acquire Chivas Brothers Clan Campbell Blended Scotch Whisky brand from Pernod Ricard, a producer of wines and spirits. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our dynamic and broad-based growth across categories and geographies is strengthened by our active portfolio management strategy.
