Fedrus International completed the acquisition of Plastivan.

Fedrus International, an independent group active in the distribution of building materials with focus and specialization in roof materials, completed the acquisition of Plastivan, a manufacturing company that offers PVC and WPC building products. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition the group of Fedrus International diversifies its activities in near core markets. Plastivan will operate within the Fedrus group as a separate Business Unit. Operational continuity is secured in the hands of the current management, François Vancompernolle, who will take up the role of COO and Frank Bracke, Finance manager.
