Sonic Healthcare to acquire Swiss laboratory network from SYNLAB for $168m.

Sonic Healthcare, a company that provides laboratory services, pathology, and radiology services, agreed to acquire Swiss laboratory network from SYNLAB, a provider of laboratory diagnostic services, for $168m. “The partnership with SYNLAB Suisse is an important step for Sonic as it significantly expands our presence in Switzerland.
