Compass Group Partners completed the acquisition of Hoist & Crane Service Group.

Compass Group Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Hoist & Crane Service Group, a provider of inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions to the overhead crane & hoist, industrial elevator, and overhead door markets.
