Halberg to acquire Løgismose from IK Partners.

Halberg, a traditional family-owned company with activities within tobacco production, hotel operations and real estate investment, agreed to acquire Løgismose, a high-end food brand, from IK Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under IK’s ownership, Løgismose has: expanded its collaboration with Netto and Salling Group; ventured in to the wine segment; and broadened the offering to include exports. Additionally, the Company has implemented a range of strategic initiatives focused on sustainability and digitalisation.
