Sentiss Pharma, a provider of pharmaceutical products of the highest quality to ophthalmic, ENT and inhalation markets, completed the acquisition of Akorn, a niche generic pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of multi-source and branded. Financial terms were not disclosed.
