Dormify, a New York-based leader in the dorm shopping and décor spac, completed the acquisition of the content business of Carter & Clyde, a college dorm curator and content platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. Carter & Clyde launched its content business in Q2 2020, establishing a strategy that complements the retail arm of the website by providing best-in-class college insights. Today, the strategy has accounted for over two-thirds of all organic site traffic with an industry-leading 6.6% click-through rate, demonstrating the resiliency and success of the business unit.
