Fairfax Financial to acquire a significant equity stake in Meadow Foods from Exponent.

Fairfax Financial, a holding company which, through its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in property and casualty insurance and reinsurance and the associated investment management, has agreed to acquire a significant equity interest in Meadow Foods, an ingredients company focusing on the dairy, confectionery and plant-based industries.
