Candy Digital to merge with Palm NFT Studio.

Candy Digital, an engagement platform, agreed to merge with Palm NFT Studio, a web3 technology and production company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Palm NFT Studio was founded to help artists, creators, and fans build new ways to connect.
