Texthelp completed the acquisition of Svensk Talteknologi from Skolon.

Texthelp, a provider of literacy software solutions for individuals, K-12 and higher education students, and publishers, completed the acquisition of Svensk Talteknologi, a specialist in assistive tools for reading and writing, from Skolon. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Texthelp, we have an ambition to bring together the best language technologies from around the world.
