Circet completed the acquisition of Tele Media.

Circet, a provider of telecom infrastructure services in Europe, completed the acquisition of Tele Media, a family-owned telco-focused civil engineering company in Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Tele Media provides Circet Deutschland with enhanced technical capabilities in the dynamic German FTTH construction and maintenance markets. It also strengthens our national footprint with a strong position in Northern and Eastern Germany.
