Donaldson, a provider of innovative filtration products and solutions, completed the acquisition of Univercells Technologies, a provider of novel biomanufacturing technologies for flexible and scalable advanced therapies and vaccine production, from Gamma Biosciences, a life sciences platform created by KKR, €136m.
