SwissFactory.Group completed the acquisition of Antrimon Group.

SwissFactory.Group, a mechanical contractor, completed the acquisition of Antrimon Group, an IT services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very satisfied because I was able to achieve two goals in this way.
