Motion & Control Enterprises completed the acquisition of Power & Pumps.

Motion & Control Enterprises, a provider of custom, innovative solutions for automation, engineered systems, completed the acquisition of Power & Pumps, a distributor of power transmission products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to welcome the talented associates of Power & Pumps to the MCE family.
