PNI Portugal & Permanente, a Portuguese company specialized in glass and aluminum products, agreed to acquire COVIPOR, a glass processing business in Portugal, from Saint-Gobain, a manufacturer of building materials and solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction is part of Saint-Gobain's continued business profile optimization strategy, in line with the "Grow & Impact" strategic plan.
