Sun European Partners-backed DD Group completed the acquisition of Dental Promotion & Innovation.

Sun European Partners-backed DD Group, a full service dental dealer, completed the acquisition of Dental Promotion & Innovation, a European distributor of dental consumables and has its own laboratory to produce crowns and bridges. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As founder of DPI, I am delighted to have found a like-minded and supportive partner in DD Group.
