Kainos Group to acquire RapidIT-Cloudbera.

Kainos Group, a UK-headquartered IT provider, agreed to acquire RapidIT-Cloudbera, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome our new colleagues from RapidIT-Cloudbera.
