Sesa-backed Var Group to acquire a 51% stake in Wise Security Global.

Sesa-backed Var Group, a provider of added-value IT services, agreed to acuire a 51% stake in Wise Security Global, a cybersecurity and cybertrust company specialised in ethical hacking.
