Marsden Group completed the acquisition of Bailey Instruments.

Marsden Group, a manufacturer of weighing equipment, weighing scales, medical devices, and patient monitoring systems, completed the acquisition of Bailey Instruments, a manufacturer and supplier of medical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There is a great deal of synergy between the innovative work being delivered by Bailey Instruments and the Marsden Group.
