Nordic Capital-backed Conscia completed the acquisition of ethcon and lifecon.

Nordic Capital-backed Conscia, a European IT specialist, completed the acquisition of ethcon, a computer security services provider, and lifecon, an IT service management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We invest in strengthening our market position and further build our core portfolio of products and services as part of our strategy to accelerate growth through increased customer value for companies operating in the German market. Other acquisitions of suitable companies are also being considered to supplement organic growth and secure a healthy expansion in both our business segments Services and Solutions,” Erik Bertman, Conscia Group CEO.
