National Grid and SSEN Transmission to form a joint venture.

National Grid, an energy company, and SSEN Transmission, an electricity transmission network company, agreed to form a joint venture, to develop a new subsea electricity superhighway project along the east coast of Scotland. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I’m absolutely delighted that we’ve signed our first Joint Venture agreement with National Grid to deliver EGL2.
