Kowema completed the acquisition of W. Schneider+Co.

Kowema, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of W. Schneider+Co, a manufacturer of Swiss-made mirror cabinets and illuminated mirrors. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of a long-term succession plan, the previous owners around CEO Martin Holenweg have decided to sell the company. Switzerland’s Kowema has therefore taken over the company. This step ensures the long-term and further development of W. Schneider+Co AG as an independent Swiss company.
