Deutsche Beteiligungs, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Avrio Energie, a green energy supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. We believe that biogas has enormous potential to help mitigate climate change and meet the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions.
