Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and The Sterling Group-backed White Cap completed the acquisition of Form Tech Concrete Forms from Kirtland Capital.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and The Sterling Group-backed White Cap, a distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors, completed the acquisition of Form Tech Concrete Forms, a provider of concrete forming and shoring rental equipment and related consumable products serving contractors, from Kirtland Capital, a Cleveland based private equity fund.
