Kramp completed the acquisition of Genfitt.

Kramp, a company active in parts and accessories for the agricultural industry, completed the acquisition of Genfitt, a wholesale distributor company that provides farm machinery parts and agricultural components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In bringing Kramp and Genfitt together we will become the essential partner in the Irish agricultural industry.
