Great Mountain Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Amplify Pictures for $50m.

Great Mountain Partners, a company that provides institutional investors guidance for their strategic investment portfolios, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Amplify Pictures, an independent television studio, for $50m. “Amplify Pictures is one of those opportunities where the combination of a great leadership team and brilliant talent come together at the right time.
