A&M Capital Partners-backed Heartland Business Systems completed the acquisition of Midwest Computech.

A&M Capital Partners-backed Heartland Business Systems, a technology solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Midwest Computech, an IT services and cybersecurity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Midwest Computech’s proven managed services practice, HaaS (hardware as a service) program and NOC (network operations center) make it a perfect fit for Heartland Business Systems.
